خطوة كبيرة تنجزها وحدة التعليم المستمر في كلية الكوت الجامعة وهي إعداد قيادات وسطى لموظفي دوائر الدولة وبعنوان (القيادة الناجحة) والدورة افتتحت مطلع الشهر الحالي دأب فيها المحاضرون بإلقاء محاضرات قيمة عن كيفية قيادة دوائر الدولة ، وما المنهاج الذي يتبعه المدير ، فضلا عن سياسته داخل وخارج الدائرة ، وقد حاضر اليوم الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور علي حسن علي أستاذ التاريخ في الكلية في موضوع شروط القائد الناجح .
وقد وفق في إيصال مادته للحاضرين الذين تمنوا له التوفيق في حياته العلمية .
كما نبث أمنياتنا للجميع مكللة بالنجاح والسداد .
The Continuing Education Unit in Kut University College holds a course in developing Mid-level leadership.
A magnificent step is being accomplished by the Continuing Education Unit at Kut University College which is preparing Mid-level leaders to be employees for the state. The course is titled by ( Successful Leadership ) and lectured by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali, Professor of History at the College. The course focuses on the conditions of being a successful leader and what are the steps that employees should do to be successful.
The lecturer is successful in delivering the course materials to the listeners as they wish him success in his academic life. The college expresses its wishes of success for all the attendees of the course.
