بناء على ما قدم من مبررات منطقية إلى الأمانه العامة لاتحاد الجامعات العربية والمجلس التنفيذي من لدن رئيس رابطة الجامعات والكليات الأهلية العراقية الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور طالب الموسوي ،والدفاع القانوني في قبول الكليات الجامعة العراقية والتي تختلف عن الكليات الجامعية الخليجية من حيث الحقوق الاعتبارية والقانونية .
تمت الموافقة على قبول الكليات الجامعة العراقية (عضوا عاملا )
وهذا الإنجاز المهم يسجل للرابطة في الدفاع عن حقوق الكليات الأهلية العراقية عربيا .
لقد كانت الجامعات والكليات الأهلية طيلة فترة 50 عاما عضوا مشاركا ، ليس لها حق التصويت .
أما اليوم صار حقا للكليات الجامعة التمتع بعضوية تامة ،ولها حق التصويت .
والله ولي التوفيق والسداد .
Iraqi Private Colleges as functioning Members in the Association of Arab Universities due to the effort of the Director of it’s League Dr. Talib Al-Moussawi.
Due to the reasonable justifications that submitted by Dr. Talib Al-Moussawi, head of the Iraqi Private Colleges League to the Association of Arab Universities and it’s committee and due to the reasonable defense of the Iraqi Private Colleges and how they are different from the private colleges of the Arabian Gulf, Iraqi Private Colleges became as functioning Members in the Association.
This great accomplishment is very important for the Iraqi League to be situated in the right place among the Universities in the Arabian area.
During the previous 50 years, Iraqi private colleges were only Participating members that have no right to vote but now, they have the full membership and the right to vote.
God is the arbiter of success.
