بعد زيارته الميمونة لها ، قدمت الجامعة الأمريكية للثقافة والتعليم في لبنان درع الشكر والتقدير للأستاذ المساعد الدكتور طالب الموسوي رئيس مجلس إدارة كلية الكوت الجامعة .
علما أن الجامعة الأمريكية عقدت اتفاقية تعاون علمي وثقافي مع الكلية ، لما للأخيرة من قدرات نوعية في اختصاصاتها العلمية المتنوعة منها الطبية والهندسية والإدارية والإنسانية .
نتمنى للدكتور الموسوي مزيدا من الاهتمام والتقييم من لدن المؤسسات والجامعات العربية والدولية .

Kut University College signed a scientific agreement with the American University in Lebanon and it will last for five years. This agreement includes scientific and educational sides to enrich the both parties.
We wish Dr. Talib more scientific success to serve the educational system in the Arabian and international institutions.
