بعد تسنمه منصب عميد كلية الكوت الجامعة اليوم الأحد الموافق ٢٢ / ٥ / ٢٠٢٢م ، والذي تم ترشيحه من الجهة المؤسسة ومجلس الكلية ، وموافقة معالي وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الأستاذ الدكتور نبيل عبد الصاحب ، هنأ مجلس الكلية الأستاذ المتمرس الدكتور فاخر جبر المحمداوي تسنمه منصب عمادة الكلية ، وأقيم له بهذه المناسبة الكريمة حفلا يليق بمقامه المبارك ، بالوقت ذاته توجهت رئاسة مجلس الكلية بتقديم خالص الشكر والامتنان إلى الأستاذ المتمرس الدكتور علي عبد الحسين زوين بعد إنهاء مدة توليه منصب العميد بناء على رغبته بعدما أنجز المهام المناطة به بأوفق السبل وأعلاها عطاء.

A ceremony was held for him on this honorable occasion worthy of his position. At the same time, the presidency of the College Council extended its sincere thanks and gratitude to the experienced professor, Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Zwain, after completing his duties as dean, based on his desire, after accomplishing all his duties with success.
