من أجل مد جسور التعاون مع جامعة السليمانية وبغداد ، وعلى هامش الدورة الدولية للتأهيل والإصابات وعلاج الوخز بالأبر الصينية والحجامة التي أقامتها جامعة السليمانية بالتعاون مع جامعة بغداد لكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعات القطر . زار م.م. حسن عبد الرزاق حسن التدريسي في الكوت الجامعة عمادة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة السليمانية ، والتقى بعميدها الأستاذ الدكتور ديار محمد صديق ، وبحضور المعاون الإداري لكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة بغداد الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور علي صادق ؛ وذلك لمد جسور التعاون مع عمادتي الكليتين وإقامة اتفاقيات تعاون علمي وثقافي معهما ، وقد قدم الأستاذ حسن درعي التميز نيابة عن عميد كلية الكوت الجامعة الأستاذ المتمرس الدكتور علي عبد الحسين زوين ، ومنحهما إلى الدكتور ديار ، ثم قدم الدرع الآخر إلى الدكتور علي صادق .
وقد شكر الأخيران ممثل الكوت الجامعة ، بعدما أشادا بكلية الكوت الجامعة لسمعتها العلمية والأكاديمية .

Kut University College seeks to create bridges for closer cooperation between Baghdad University and Sulaymaniyah University.
In order to build bridges of cooperation with the University of Sulaymaniyah and Baghdad, and on the sidelines of the international course of rehabilitation, injuries and treatment of Chinese acupuncture and cupping, which was established by the University of Sulaymaniyah in cooperation with the University of Baghdad for the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in universities of the country. Assist. Lect. Hassan Abdul-Razzaq Hassan visited the Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Sulaymaniyah, and met with its Dean, Prof. Dr. Diyar Muhammad Siddiq, and in the presence of the Administrative Assistant of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Sadiq. Hassan Abdul-Razzaq gave honor shields to Dr. Diyar and to Dr. Ali Sadiq on behalf of the Dean of Kut University College, the experienced Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Zwain. They both thanked the representative of Kut University, after praising Al-Kut University College for its scientific and academic reputation.
