برعاية كريمة من لدن الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور طالب الموسوي رئيس مجلس إدارة كلية الكوت الجامعة بالتعاون مع مديرية شرطة واسط اللواء الحقوقي أحمد صالح الزركاني ، أقامت كلية الكوت الجامعة اليوم الأربعاء الموافق ٢ / ٣ ندوة علمية بعنوان (المخدرات وآثار تعاطيها الصحية والمجتمعية ، المعالجات والحلول) ، وبحضور جمع غفير من الأكاديميين وضباط الشرطة ورؤساء العشائر والوجهاء والطلبة . وافتتحت الندوة بتلاوة آي من الذكر الحكيم ، ثم قراءة سورة الفاتحة على الشهداء القديسين ، ونشيد كلية الكوت الجامعة ، تلا ذلك مشهد مسرحي يعبر عن آثار المخدرات المجتمعية ، بعدها قدمت مباحث من قبل تخصصيين أكاديميين وقانونيين في سبعة محاور لها مساس في الصحة والحياة والمجتمع . تمخض عنها توصيات من أهمها :
١-التأكيد على الإعلام للتوعية والإرشاد والتوجيه ، من خلال بث معاني القيم الإسلامية الحميدة ، وإقامة برامج ، منها ورش وندوات ومؤتمرات ومحاضرات توعوية ترفع من معنويات الشباب وتقوي من أنواتهم ؛ كي لايشعروا بالإحباط . ٢-التأكيد على دور الحكومة لتوفير فرص عمل لهم
٣-التنسيق مع وزارة والداخلية والتعليم العالي والتربية والعدل والوزارات الأخرى ذات العلاقة حول مكافحة المخدرات .
٤-دعوة العشائر العراقية الكريمة في ردع متعاطيي المخدرات والمؤثمرات الفعلية والبراءة منهم .
٥- الحرص على ضبط الحدود والمطارات ومتابعة الجريمة من خلال أجهزة ومعدات تساعد على كشف المخدرات القادمة من خارج الحدود ومحاسبة المروجين لهذا الوباء الذي هو أشد خطرا من وباء كورونا .
٦-رفع توصية لوزارة الصحة بفتح مستشفيات خاصة لمعالجة متعاطيي المخدرات وتوفير العلاج لهم مجانا . متابعة العيادات الطبية في المناطق الشعبية .
٧- متابعة الصيدليات والمذاخر وتوصيتها بعدم صرف العلاج إلا بوصفة من طبيب مختص .
٨- تفعيل فقرات القوانين بشكل كامل من قبل مجلس القضاء الأعلى .
Kut University College holds a symposium about the effects of drugs on health and society.
Under the generous auspices of Assist. Prof. Dr. Talib Almoussawi, chairman of Kut University College board and in the cooperation with wasit police directorate major general Ahmed Saleh Al-Zarkani, Kut University College holds today (Wednesday 2/3/2022) a scientific symposium entitled by “Drugs and their effects on health and society, treatments and solutions) with the presence of large gathering of academics, police officers, tribal leaders، dignitaries and students. The symposium started with the recitation of a verse from the Holy Qur’an followed by reciting Al Fatiha remembering our holy martyrs then the anthem of Kut University College. A theatrical scene was preformed expressing the effects of drugs on our society. Researchs and presentationa were presented by academic and legal specialists in seven hubs that effects heath, life and society which resulted in recommendations:
1. Emphasizing media to raise awareness and guidance by spreading the real valuable values of Islam and setting up programs including workshops, seminars, conferences and awareness lectures that rasie the morale of the youngs and strengthen them.
2. Emphasizing the role of government to provide job opportunities for them.
3. Coordination between ministry of Interior, Higher Education, Education, and justice with other relevant ministries about drug control.
4. Calling the honorable Iraqi tribes to deter drug users from their tribes.
5. Ensuring that borders and airports are controlled and crimes are monitored through devices and equipments to detect drugs coming from outside of borders to stop this epidemic which is more dangerous than corona epidemic.
6. Submitting recommendations to Ministry of Health to open special hospitals to treat drug users and provide them with free treatment and following-up medical clinics in local areas.
7. Following-up pharmacies and stores and recommend them not to sell treatment without prescription from specialized doctor.
8. Activates all the laws that deal with drugs by the High Judicial Council.
