ضمن مشروعها العلمي الحداثوي في مد جسور التواصل مع الجامعات الدولية ، فعلت كلية الكوت الجامعة اتفاقية التعاون العلمي والثقافي المشترك مع جامعة الزهراء في طهران عاصمة الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية ، والتي أبرمت قبل عامين ، وأعلن مصدر مسؤول أن أبرز بنود الاتفاقية هي :
١-اعطاء منح دراسية مجانية للطالبات المتفوقات من كلية الكوت الجامعة ؛ لإكمال دراساتهن العليا الماجستير والدكتوراه .
٢- اعطاء منح دراسية مجانية للطالبات من أبناء الشهداء والحشد الشعبي المقدس من كلية الكوت الجامعة ؛ لإكمال دراساتهن العليا الماجستير والدكتوراه .
٣- المشاركة في البحوث وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب العالمية ، وتبادل الأساتذة ، وعمل ورش مشتركة وندوات وحلقات نقاشية مشتركة ، فضلا عن المؤتمرات والنشر في مجلات الكليتين المحكمتين .
والمعروف أن جامعة الزهراء عليها السلام تاسست عام 1965 م من 11 كلية و أكثر من 60 قسما و فرعا في مدينة كرج ضواحي طهران ، ومدينة أرومية شمالي الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية ، ومركز أبحاث الاقتصاد والإدارة ، ومركز أبحاث المرأة والأسرة ، ومركز الطفل والشباب ، ومركز أبحاث الفن .
وقد بلغ عدد الطالبات فيها عشرة آلآف طالبة ومنهن عدد كبير في الدراسات العليا ، بينما عدد تدريسيي الملاك الدائم اكثر من 500 تدريسي .

Kut University College activates the joint scientific cooperation agreement with Al-Zahraa University in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
As a part of its modern scientific project in making bridges of communication with international Universities, Kut University College activates the joint scientific cooperation agreement with Al-Zahraa University in the Islamic Republic of Iran/Tehran which was signed two years ago. The official source announced that the most important provisions of the agreement are:
1. Fully funded scholarships for female valedictorian students to complete their master’s and doctoral studies.
2. Fully funded scholarships for the daughters of martyrs and members of holy mobilization units to complete their master’s and doctoral studies.
3. Research participating, exchanging experience, exchanging professors, joint workshops and symposiums and publishing in the journals of the two colleges.
It is known that Al-Zahra University was founded in 1965 AD with 11 colleges and more than 60 departments and branches in the city of Karaj/Tehran, the Urmia city in the north of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Economics and Management Research Center, the Women and Family Research Center, the Child and Youth Center, and the Art Research Center. The number of female students reached ten thousand, including graduate studies, while the number of permanent academic staff is more than 500.
