بعد زيارته إلى كلية الكوت الجامعة وما لاقاه من أذرع واسعة الترحيب خدمة للمؤسسة التربوية وإبداء التعاون ولاسيما فتح المختبرات لطلبة مدارس مديرية تربية واسط ، والمساعدات التي قدمها رئيس مجلس إدارة كلية الكوت الجامعة ومنها تزويد بعض المدارس بالسبورات الصفية ، قدم مدير عام تربية واسط الدكتور أحمد شهاب حمد شكره وتقديره إلى الدكتور الموسوي ، متمنيا له التوفيق في مسيرته العلمية ، وتقدم مؤسسته الأكاديمية بوصفه الإداري الناجح الذي قدم لواسط مشروعا أفاد المحافظة والعراق .

After visiting Kut University College and for the sake of serving the educational institutions especially after opening laboratories and offering smart boards for the students of Directorate for Education in the Province of Wasit by the chairman of Kut University College, General manager of Directorate for Education in the Province of Wasit honors Dr. Talib Al-Moussawi with a letter of Appreciation wishing him more scientific progress in his scientific life. Dr. Ahmed described Dr. Talb as a successful administrator and manager who found a useful project that benefits both Wasit and Iraq.
