ضمن برامجها العلمية والثقافية ، أبرمت كلية الكوت الجامعة مع جامعة العلوم والآداب في لبنان اليوم اتفاقية تعاون علمي وثقافي مشترك ، وقد مثل كلية الكوت الجامعة في إبرام الاتفاقية الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور طالب الموسوي رئيس مجلس إدارتها ، بينما مثل جامعة العلوم والآداب اللبنانية الأستاذ الدكتور محمد رضا فضل الله والاتفاقية ضمت تعاونا مشتركا بجوانب كثيرة ، أهمها : نشر البحوث في مجلات الطرفين ، وعقد المؤتمرات المشتركة وزمالات الأساتذة ، وعقد الندوات ونشر الكتب وهذه الأنشطة بدورها وسيلة لنقل الخبرات والتجارب بين الطرفين المتعاقدين، فضلا عن دراسة طلبة البلدين في كلا الجامعة والكلية . وقد بارك الحاضرون الاتفاقية ؛ لما لها من فائدة تصب في مصلحة المؤسستين الأكاديميتين .
نشير إلى أن جامعة العلوم والآداب من الجامعات اللبنانية المهمة ، وهي جزء من مؤسسات المبرات الخيرية لسماحة المرحوم آية الله محمد حسين فضل الله (قدس سره الشريف) .

Kut University College Signs a Scientific Agreement (MOU) with University of Science and Arts in Lebanon.
Within it’s scientific and cultural project in signing agreements with scientific institutions, Kut University College signs a scientific agreement with University of Science and Arts in Lebanon. Both parties in the agreement, agreed on exchanging expertise, holding conferences، scholarships between parties and publishing scientific researchers between the journals of the two parties. Both parties agreed on holding symposiums, workshops, and exchanging visits of professors, students and researchers. Dr. Mohammed Reda Fadlallah, the representative of University of Science and Arts in Lebanon signed the MOU With Dr. Talib Al-Moussawi, chairman of Kut University College. This MOU comes in the interest of the two academic institutions.
It’s important to mention that University of Science and Arts in Lebanon is one of the most important universities in Lebanon and it’s one of the charitable institutions of Aytollah Mohammed Hussain Fadlallah may God mercy his soul.
