رغبة من جامعة الحمدانية المتمثلة برئيسها أ.د. عقيل يحيى هاشم الأعرجي الذي تمثل الطرف الأول ، وكلية الكوت الجامعة التي مثلها عميدها أ.د. علي عبد الحسين زوين والذي مثل طرفها الثاني في عقد اتفاقية توأمة وتعاون مشترك طبقا للقوانين والقواعد السارية وفقا لمواد : التدريس ، والبحث العلمي ، والنشاطات الطلابية ، والإدارة والتطوير الوظيفي ، والإدارية والمالية ، وحقوق الملكية الفكرية ، وغيرها .
وقد حررت الاتفاقية بنسختين باللغة العربية ولكل منها الحجة القانونية نفسها .

Kut University College Signs a Scientific Agreement (MOU) with University of Alhmadania.
Within it’s scientific and cultural project in signing agreements with scientific institutions, Kut University College signs a scientific agreement with University of Alhamadnia . Both parties in the agreement, agreed on exchanging expertise, holding conferences، scholarships between parties and publishing scientific researchers between the journals of the two parties.
