بجهود استثنائية مباركة ، وبعد اجتماعات عدة متكررة ، الأستاذ المتمرس الدكتور عبد الزهرة الربيعي معاون العميد للشؤون العلمية يعقد اجتماعات مصغرة لرئاسات الأقسام العلمية في الكوت الجامعة اليوم ، مذكرا لهم بما أقرته عمادة الكلية باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للامتحانات النهائية ، ومنها تنظيم القاعات ، وإكمال درجات السعي السنوي والفصلي ، وإتمام الأسئلة ، وتهيئة غرف الامتحانات الإلكترونية مشيرا إلى المسؤولين على اللجان الامتحانية الفرعية والرئيسة ، واتخاذ التدابير الاحترازية لكل طارئ ، فضلا عن إعداد القوائم النهائية بأسماء الطلبة الذين سيشاركون في الاختبارات . كما أكد على إعلان درجات السعي للطلبة في لوحات الإعلانات . وقد استمع إلى أهم الملاحظات التي طرحها رؤساء الأقسام ، داعيا إلى تلبية احتياجاتهم .

Dr. Abdul Zahraa listened to the heads of the departments to focus on the most important remarks, calling for their needs to be met.
